Jan H. van Bergen

Business Manager

E-mail: [email protected]

Jan grew up in Statesville, and raised her family here. Once she and her husband were empty nesters, they moved to Charlotte. After nearly twenty years, they decided that it was time to come back home.

She has had a lengthy career in office management, including legal, real estate/construction, and retail. After the move back to Statesville, she had planned to retire, but soon realized she needed a bit more to do. A chance meeting with David Parker led to her new position.

Although her position does not involve working with clients and their cases, she is dedicated to ensuring that the support she provides to the firm helps ensure that, from a financial perspective, the case is handled appropriately.
